As a Call Handler you will be the first point of call for any inbound queries, so first impressions count! Joining a fast-paced team in a ‘work hard, play hard’ environment, you will be answering calls, resolving complaints, maintaining accurate data records, and providing administrative support when required.
Working with various stakeholders you must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, whilst being able to work well under pressure. Key performance indicators within this role will be focussed on call response times, customer feedback and attention to detail.
To be shortlisted for this role you will have:
Minimum 1 years’ Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
Ability to multitask with numerous deadlines
