We have a new, exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to fill an important full-time permanent position at our Wembley base.  We are looking for the right person to join our team and become an Operational Performance Lead helping to provide leadership and management of our colleagues.

At Falck, we realise that our colleagues not only need to be well led but also well supported.  Our colleagues are one of our greatest assets, so as an Operational Performance Lead, you will be responsible for providing the necessary support to them whilst also ensuring the efficient deployment of all of our front-line colleagues and vehicles at our Wembley base.

This is a great opportunity for an existing member of the Falck team to take the first step into a supervisory role and develop their existing skills further however, the position would equally suit an external candidate who can bring their talent and transferable skills into our fast-paced environment. 

The successful candidate will need to have effective communication, time management and organisational skills.  They will also need to be able to work autonomously at times and also as part of an established team to ensure we deliver a safe and effective service to our Clients and the patients who rely upon us.

As an Operational Performance Lead, along with the existing Management Team, you will need to drive the day to day delivery of a consistently high-quality service where we put the patient at the heart of everything that we do.

To be successful in this role you will need to build collaborative and effective working relationships, not only with the established local Management team at Wembley but also with other colleagues in the wider business.  You will also need to be influential, an excellent communicator, a good problem solver and decision maker and be able to inspire others through your demonstration of our Winning Behaviours.

In this challenging and varied role, you will be responsible for supporting the Wembley Management team.  Duties will include completing performance management tasks, assisting with recruitment events, reviewing management data, managing and maintaining the important stock of vehicle consumables and providing assistance with formal investigations. No two days will be the same.

We will provide all the training you need and in return we want someone who is adaptable, approachable and person centered, who can provide support, advice and guidance to colleagues whilst continuing to drive improvements in our business through their actions and the actions of others.
