Falck Launch our New Global Control and Dispatch (CAD) System

Falck is delighted to announce the successful launch of our global control and dispatch (CAD) system within the UK market.

Built around a market leading routing and scheduling algorithm, our dedicated project team developed bespoke booking and reporting functionality to ensure the system was fit for purpose for the UK patient transport market.

Already in operation across Falck’s divisions in Spain, USA and Denmark, this is yet another major milestone in our global transformation program. Into its 2nd week of deployment within a key London contract, the system is already receiving positive feedback from our internal logistic team, the healthcare professionals using the system, and most importantly our patients who are receiving a more responsive and timely service.
