Global Emergency Management System (GEMS)

Falck UK is proud to announce that the roll our of our Global Emergency Management System (GEMS) has now started and is a major step to ensure staff have the tools and skills to provide the very best care and service to our patients.
GEMS is an online tool that every member of staff will be able to access and will provide -
- A central library where all policies, procedures, guidelines and useful information are stored in easy to identify process maps.
- Customised registration forms that will allow staff to quickly and easily capture of any clinical, safeguarding or quality incidents
- Electronic messaging or 'Falck Box' which will facilitate rapid communication between all frontline members of staff, management and wider operational support functions
